Refunds

If you receive your package in less than satisfactory condition, Capra Records S.L. will refund in maximum 72 working hours all costs (excluding shipping) to the full value of the goods, after the package has been returned to Capra Records S.L.. Returned product will need to be arranged by Capra Records S.L., who will use a shipper of their choice. The cost is not applied to the customer. The customer can delete the order and got the refund if they don't want go ahead with the buy. In this case please send the email at info@kulturalgrooves.com or call at +34602554175 as soon as possible after proceed with the payment

A credit note will be issued, or you may request a refund of payment via Paypal or refunded to the credit card/debit card used at the time of order.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please email info@kulturalgrooves.com. If the order has been shipped at the time of cancellation, you will need to return the package (at your cost) to Capra Records at the following address:
